Dementia Matters Here spent the afternoon at the Herefordshire Rural Business Advice Day yesterday, chatting to the farming community about memory concerns, offering advice and support! We had some beautiful weather for it and spoke to lots of people about a variety of situations, worries or just for general information and expanding their knowledge!
