Dementia Matters Here are building a number of Memory Cafes across Herefordshire, to enable people with memory problems, their families and carers, to get out and meet other likeminded people. Leominster was our Pilot Cafe, and is now fully established and always busy, so pop along (no need to book!) to Grange Court on the Fourth Tuesday of every Month at 10.30am-12.00pm and say hello!
