We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Hereford Meeting Centre!
In February, we’re opening a new Meeting Centre supporting people living with dementia, their families, and carers to understand their diagnosis and adapt to change. Our Hereford Meeting Centre is designed to help individuals live well with dementia by providing a welcoming, supportive environment where you can find guidance, share experiences, and adjust to those changing needs that come with a dementia diagnosis.
The Centre will offer a variety of services and activities, including: 
Peer support and social group activities
Information and advice tailored to your needs
Practical tools to help manage daily life
A place to connect with others on a similar journey
We understand that living with dementia can bring challenges, but it doesn’t have to be a journey taken alone. We are here to provide the support and resources you need to adjust, thrive, and live well.
